Lot Rental Information
Mobile Homes: If you own your mobile home we have spacious lots for rent on a month-to-month basis. You set up your own electric. You will be billed for water, sewer and trash with your monthly lot rent.
Note: Mobile homes may not be rented and we do not allow sub-leases.
RV’s: Spacious RV lots are available on a month-to-month basis. All spaces are full hook-up (electric, water and sewer) and can accommodate 30 and 50 amps. RV’s back in on gravel pads.
Criminal background checks are required on ALL residents 18+ years of age and, we reserve the right to refuse anyone tenancy.
Amenities
- Cable TV, High Speed Internet are available and trash dumpsters are provided nearby.
- Because Big Tree Mobile Home Park is located within the Abilene city limits, the City provides fire, EMS and police protection and fire hydrants are strategically located around the park.
- The police patrol several times daily and the fire department and ambulance service are located two minutes away.
- All streets are paved and lighted and there is plenty of parking.
- A large grass area is available in the park for children (and those young at heart) to run and play.
- School buses (grades K-12) pick up and drop off the children every day at the park entrance.

Big Tree is conveniently located within the city limits of Abilene, Texas. We are only a 10 to 20 minute drive from most locations in Abilene. It is only 5 minutes to the mall, 6 minutes to Dyess Air Force Base and only 8 minutes to I-84.
